But I've never experienced a Monk rushing into a mob, because I'm always the Monk in a pug.

Eh.. it has been fixed already. They changed it to be immune to burning and have some armor or something like that...
That mission is a joke in HM, I made it a long time ago and the Titans felt the same like in NM, XD.

The problem could be the way you get to the Seer.
Usually, I take the 'coast route' and I don't recall a spawn where there was more than 1 titan very close to the Seer.
As long as the team stays away far enough the Seer will not mess with that titan.

The only problem I know about was fixed and that problem was that the Seer died too fast in Hard Mode.

Saving the Seer is easy, just kill the mob before him faster and you will be fine.

The Titan near the Seer doesn't attack, if you stay far away. Just pull the group before you approach the Seer to a safe distance. No need to charge through them.

So normally there's only 1 monster attacking the seer, this time more attacked him/her/it. Never seen this happen, out of 10 times doing this mission, so this won't be happening very often. So what needs to be fixed again?

This method ^ works.

There is no need to 'fix' anything. Many have done it and then there are those that fail.

I've done this mission twice, got bonus both times on my first attempt. It isnt broken, yiou just need to kill the monsters, healing the seer while you do so. It isnt that hard.
